Ingredients
base
16oz milk chocolate
8oz unsalted butter
4 tbsp golden syrup
6oz digestive biscuits
7oz maltesers
topping
6oz white chocolate
2oz unsalted butter
1 tbsp golden syrup
3oz maltesers, crushed
Recipe
Crush the digestives to make
Melt the chocolate butter and syrup together
mix the crumbs into the melted ingredients.
mix in the maltesers
spead out into swiss roll tins
make the topping by
melting white chocolate, butter and 1tbs syrup - pour this white chocolate mix over the base and sprinkle on crushed maltesers. pat the maltesers into thechoclate with your spoon and leave to set (can take 8 hours!)
